9 Jahre lang hat GYMMICK als Sänger und Gitarrist mit den Musikern der TON STEINE SCHERBEN die Aufgabe Rio Reisers übernommen.
Da das flussauf- und flussabwärts mit grosser Begeisterung angenommen wurde, und der Traum ja bekanntlich nicht aus ist haben sich der Nürnberger Songpoet und seine Freunde entschlossen, die Songs von Rio und RPS Lanrue weiter zu singen.
Mit Schlagzeug (Simon Froschauer), E-Gitarren (Flo Kenner, der selbst 2 Jahre als Gitarrist mit den TSS auf der Bühne stand) und Bass (Tim Steinheimer) klingen die ERBEN fast wie die original SCHERBEN ganz früher.
GYMMICK & die ERBEN schicken die ZuhörerInnen auf eine musikalische Zeitreise, die die rebellischen Hits der TON STEINE SCHERBEN und die tiefen Balladen von
Rio Reiser mit eigenen, nahtlos an die Klassiker anknüpfenden Songs von GYMMICK vereint.

This Dynamic Powerhouse Trio
began their journey some 19 years ago creating the Scott Weis Band’s signature soundwith their cd release in 2006. Shocked by a crowd of 12,500 while opening for Blues
Traveler, the crowd overpowered the trio singing the chorus to an original songs so
much that the band stopped play to let the crowd sing on. It was then that they first
recognized what they had created:
